1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the Product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to:

Your statement should include:

  • Your full name
  • Your address
  • Your order number or date of purchase
  • A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Product back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Product, whichever is earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The Product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The Product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

You shall send back the Product without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the Product before the period of 14 days has expired.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the Product unless we have agreed to bear that cost or if we failed to inform you that you have to bear the cost.

6. Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed (for hygiene and health protection reasons, as per Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
  • Products that have been damaged by the consumer after delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a Product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at help-desk@trizelonstvork.world. Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen), you have the right to:

  • Request repair or replacement of the defective Product
  • Claim a price reduction proportional to the defect
  • Cancel the purchase if the defect is significant

Claims for defective products may be made within three (3) years from the date of the original purchase, as provided by Swedish consumer protection law.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the returned Product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original Product following the procedures outlined above and place a new order.
